Once we receive your payment, we will ship your purchase within two business days.

And, yes, it’s true — we offer worldwide FREE shipping! We will ship your purchase from our warehouse in Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post Air Mail. Customers residing in the United States, Canada, Western & North Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, etc) and Australia will receive their orders in approximately 10 business days. Those living in other destinations should expect to receive their products in about 14 business days. In addition, all handlings fees are on us, free of charge to you — it’s an extra step we take to make our customers happy.

To cater to your needs, besides our regular free shipping, we also offer these options:
-For customers from North America and Western & North Europe, if you want your purchase to arrive in three to five business days instead, we offer an expedited shipping fee for USD$20.
-Shipping insurance is available. For only USD$2.99, your order will be 100% secured and we will provide you with a convenient tracking number.
 
Return Policies
All returns and refunds may be made 30 days after the day your product arrives at its final destination. In this timeframe, if the product does not work we will provide you with a 100% refund or you may return your purchase for a free replacement — we’ll also cover free shipping and handling! And what if you’ve just lost interest in the product? Then we'll still give you a refund, but you'll need to send the product back to us and cover the shipping fees. (We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount.)

NOTE: Within one year, If you need to ship us back the product 30 days after the day you receive it, we will provide you with a free labor and free parts, but you must cover shipping costs. And if your product becomes faulty after one year of purchase, you can send it back and we will repair it, free of charge. However, shipping fees and additional parts may be billed to you. 

Warranty
Each and every product comes with a one-year warranty. If your product does not work within 30 days of the day you receive it, we will be more than happy to replace it for free or provide you with a 100% refund.

NOTE: The warranty shall be void if there is any damage to the product due to misuse, tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks or falls.
